A considered starting point
Fit the pool into the way you use the property
Precision Fiberglass Pools LLC serves Barnegat Light with complete Aviva Pools and River Pools installations. Use this guide to organize your priorities, then discuss the actual site with our team.
Give the whole backyard a footprint
Measure the space you want to keep for dining, lounging, and moving between the house and the pool. Place temporary markers for the water's edge and the surrounding patio so you can walk the layout at full size. Include gates, steps, and the location where a cover will be stored or operated. If existing structures restrict the arrangement, ask Precision to compare suitable models within those limits rather than simply choosing the longest pool that appears to fit on a sketch.
Review delivery before choosing the model
A shell needs a workable route to its installation location, and that route deserves attention before a model is selected. Share photographs from the street to the proposed pool area, including overhead obstructions, tight turns, fences, and nearby structures. Ask which items would need to be moved and how the route would be restored afterward. If specialized delivery or lifting is proposed, have its scope explained in the project estimate. Do not assume the route for a small excavator also works for the fiberglass shell.
Find the right local resources.
Use the Borough of Barnegat Light municipal website to find the departments that can confirm requirements for the specific property.
Confirm current property requirements with the appropriate building and zoning offices. Ask what they need to review the proposed location and associated work before treating a concept as a final plan.
