A considered starting point
Plan the pool and the rest of your backyard together
Precision Fiberglass Pools LLC serves Barnegat with complete Aviva Pools and River Pools installations. Use this guide to organize your priorities, then discuss the actual site with our team.
Draw the finished yard before phasing the work
If you expect to add an outdoor kitchen, shaded seating, or a spa later, show that future space on the first plan. Ask how the initial equipment position, plumbing routes, and patio edges would affect those additions. A phased project should still leave a usable yard after its first stage. Mark the items included now and the areas simply reserved for later so the estimate does not imply that future structures or connections are already part of the installation.
Compare estimates by what is included
An installation comparison should cover more than the pool model. Ask each proposal to identify excavation, shell placement, equipment, electrical work, patio work, barriers, cleanup, and restoration, as applicable to your design. Discuss who handles each item and which allowances depend on the property review. If two totals differ, use those categories to understand the difference before changing your pool choice. Precision offers Aviva and River collections as installed projects through an authorized installer; a shell-only purchase is not the starting point.
Find the right local resources.
Barnegat Township is distinct from Barnegat Light Borough. Confirm the property's municipality before contacting the appropriate departments.
Confirm current property requirements with the appropriate building and zoning offices. Ask what they need to review the proposed location and associated work before treating a concept as a final plan.
